How is this different from other consulting?
Most consultants come in with answers and tell you what to fix. I come in with a framework and help you find your own answers - ones that fit your business, your capacity, and how you actually want to work. You leave able to implement and sustain it yourself without being dependent on me to keep it running.
How do I know if I need the Collective or private consulting?
It's less about "level" and more about format. If you thrive with peer accountability and community, the Collective is a great fit. If you want a program built entirely around your business with undivided attention, private consulting is the better fit.
