My mission is to help women entrepreneurs close the gap between where their business is and where they want it to go through clarity, confidence, and a plan built for how they actually work.

I'm a strategic growth consultant, speaker, and facilitator, and yes, a mom who's built a life and a business around what actually matters to me. By day, I work alongside women business owners as a hands-on partner in their growth, not just an advisor on the sidelines.

Through my consulting practice, I use my Next Stage Strategy™ framework to meet clients where they are. For those who thrive in community, the Next Stage Collective™ offers group consulting alongside other driven business owners. For clients who want to go one-on-one with the full 6-month program built entirely around their business, I offer private consulting for a limited number of clients each year.

I believe growth doesn't happen in isolation. That's why I founded Discover. Design. Connect.™,  a community where women entrepreneurs build real relationships, not just exchange business cards. Using my Your Core Four™ framework, DDC™ helps members build the personal relationships, strategic partnerships, and ideal-client connections that turn networking into real revenue, through monthly events, signature conferences, and local chapters across DC and Baltimore (plus virtual access nationwide).
