How to Get Involved

There are a few different ways to be part of the DDC community, and you can choose the path that fits you best.

DDC Membership

The DDC membership is designed for women who want deeper access, consistent connection, and a more immersive community experience.

As a DDC member, you receive:

Access to a private online community space (not on social media)
Inclusion in the exclusive DDC members directory
Access to all monthly virtual DDC events
Invitations to member-only virtual events such as masterminds and co-working days
First opportunity to be considered as a speaker or featured guest at DDC events
Monthly member spotlights within the community and on social media

Membership provides ongoing opportunities to build relationships, stay connected between events, and grow alongside other women in the community.

Attend Events Without a Membership

Not ready to join as a member? You are still very welcome at DDC.

All DDC events are open to non-members through individual event registration. You can attend events as your schedule allows and get a feel for the community before deciding if membership is right for you.

What You Can Expect
at Our Events

Each quarter, DDC hosts a variety of virtual and in-person events designed to support connection, growth, and collaboration.

Event formats may vary by location and season, but the focus always remains on Your Core Four™ framework.

Virtual Events

On average, DDC hosts one virtual event per month, including:

Virtual Coffee Chats (Free)
Led by a featured member of the DDC community, these sessions focus on one of the Your Core Four™ topics. They are casual, conversational, and a great opportunity to bring a friend who would benefit from the community.

General Virtual Networking Events
These events incorporate all four pillars of Your Core Four™ framework and provide structured opportunities to meet and connect with other women in the community.

Professional Development Sessions
Each quarter includes a virtual professional development event focused on growth, leadership, or business-building topics.

Member-Only Virtual Events
DDC members receive access to additional exclusive virtual experiences, such as mastermind sessions and co-working days.

In-Person Events

DDC also hosts quarterly in-person events in Frederick County, Montgomery County, and expanding into Northern Virginia and beyond.

Signature Networking Events
These larger gatherings rotate in format and may include vendor showcase-style events, panel discussions, or mastermind-style experiences.

In-Person Coffee Chats (Free)
Similar to the virtual coffee chats, these free gatherings are led by community members and provide an easy, welcoming way to experience DDC in person.

Social & Collaborative Events
From happy hours and breakfast mixers to collaborative events with partner communities, these gatherings create relaxed spaces to connect and build relationships.
